My stay at the hotel was comfortable overall, but a few issues affected my experience. The room was pretty comfortable, although I had to pay an additional 5000 yen for city tax, and the lack of a coffee machine was a downside. The service was professional but the staff had poor command of English, making it challenging to communicate. The location was superb, right across from Akasakamitsuke station with easy access to transportation, although the surroundings were not the quietest. The dining options were good with a variety of choices, but it was a bit expensive. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were well-maintained.
